Copy a DVD disk with more then 5 or 6gb into a DVD disk with 4.7

First, sorry but I don´t have a good English....

So... Does anybody here knows how can I copy a DVD disk with more then 5gb or 6gb into a DVD disk with 4.7. Have softwares that make this??

transcoders include dvdshrink, instantcopy, clonedvd etc.

full re-encoding. for full dvd DVD-Rebuilder is progressing very well.
