View Full Version : How to extract mpeg2 from DVD's

I have some personal home made DVD's, each one includes several different videos.
Can I extract each of the videos (on each DVD)? I wanted to separate the DVD content in a way of getting only one video for each DVD.

may be forum can be renamed to MPGDec or something, so ppl stop confusing it ? :)

Thanks for your "help", guys.
When converting from Vob's (containing Mpeg2 video)to Avi, we must, in the process, separate the video stream from Vob files in a way of encoding it to Avi. At least this is what I think, and this is the reason why I posted my question here.
Sorry for beeing mistaken.
By the way, I would rather appreciated if you had suggested me another place to post.
