hi !

I have divx files with dual AC3 tracks
(English + French tracks).

I need to demux these audio tracks into
separate file to encode them to MP3.

Usually, I use nandub to demux audio
but with these files, nandub crashes
when I use the "save wav" function.

So what software should I use ?

Thanks !

That is something new for me, but what isn't. A divx with ac3 duel language, someone went way out of there way to make a dvix.

But yes, try virtualmod, it has many features added to the original virtualdub.

But remember in virtualmod, it is not called audio but streams and you have to right click on the boxs then choose your stream you want to filter or Demux then once you have your ac3 file you can convert it to what you want or just not add it to your final product.

I haven't had to much success converting the ac3 files to wav files using virtualmod so I use another conversion program once I extract the ac3.

Also read the help files in virtualmod, to get the full gist of the program. It is by far my most used tool.
