...just wanted to thank all of you (all of the Doom9 forum users and of course Doom9 himself) for this great forum!

It just occured to me that there's hardly any internet forum where you can get this much information with a minimum level of intelligence-free comments! I've posted on quite a few other forums in the last few years (mostly other themes), but the only one where I've always (like 99%) got intelligent and useful answers was this forum!!!

I haven't posted much recently, but I hope all I ever posted (and will post) will help others as much as you helped me (I doubt it, but I try).

i think what you refer to is exactly what makes it so good. A good level of moderation and that spirit that keep the level of repetition and random chatter low. Also i think we shouldn't worry about the gender ratio like we don't care where someone is located at or how old she is.

Gender, age and location is not really matter here, of course.
But it would be nice to PM "off topic" stuff someone, sometime here too while my girlfriend is not near.
