needed tool to cut a part of .vob

i need tool to cut from .vob file for example from 00:12:12 to 00:12:23
and save this as .vob.

ive tryed chopper/chopperxp but there is only "mark in" and "mark out" buttons i cant set detailed time from {frame/time} to {frame/time} :(

try MPEG2CUT2 from http://www.geocities.com/rocketjet4/
for such samples cutting must be done on main frames - if you don't want to have "sensations" later

ive tryed this is what i looking but... it doesnt work :((
i can set scene "[" and next "]" but after saving ive got "sensations" :(

Try TMPGEnc DVD Author because it can cut VOBs with included AC3.

The last instance, try ProjectX (see today Doom9's news).
But be careful there are many options, and you can set there parameters connected with AC3 audio.
