Deinterlace trouble with music concert

Hi all,
I'm trying to encode Bruce Springsteen Live in NY city. It's a PAL dvd, but probably originally it was NTSC.
I tried several methods to deinterlace, including Kernel Deinterlace, Field Deinterlace and Telecide, but I still have some ghosting effect.
I tried also the blend=false option with Field Deinterlace and Telecide, but the problem didn't go away (actually it was smaller).

Here I post a short sequence from the original material, I hope somebody could help me...:)

I took some time to read DG's tutorial to Decomb filter. I tryed some configurations and I found this as the best:
Telecide(order=1,guide=2,post=4,vthresh=20,blend=false,chroma=true)

The ghosting effect is nearly gone, but look at the horrible first frame:(
And also in the second frame, on higher finger there's a light ghost (you can see the finger line "forgotten" up there).

If you want help on this, you'll have to post a link to an unprocessed source clip.

If it's truly interlaced, you shouldn't be using Telecide.

I tried to use only FieldDeinterlace, but the result was worse than with Telecide.

Anyway here are the clips. They are very short (1 sec or 2), if you need longer ones, just tell me.

Do a separatefields() and step through the fields. You have field-blended material. Therefore, I have no useful suggestions for you.

this video is FILM (24fps), that suffers a crappy standards conversion from NTSC to PAL.

Use Restore24 to undo it.

What do you mean with "step through the fields"? Is this a solution? Should I abandon the Telecide method?

Thank you scharfis_brain, your big script seems to make things better, but the piano scene still show light ghost effects...
Also some scene changes are problematic, since there's one frame with both scenes blended together.

For now, this is the best result I could achieve, thanks scharfis_brain!
And what a lovely "c"!;)

I'm thinking it could be better to buy the NTSC version of this dvd...:(

scharfis_brain, your script make things very very very better!
Anyway I have to ask: is it normal that motion becomes less fluid? This problem is very visible in the clip I attached, take a look at the very first part, there's a pianist moving his head...

Restore24 was set as "restore24(a2, b2)"
I didn't try any other combination of parameters (a1, b1....), do you think I should?
