RV10e and HDV

Can we do RV10e HD (HDTV 720P progressive)?
What is the result of RV10e with 4000 kbts and, its place in relation to its opponents Xvid codec, wmv9?

i wonder why people always think that High Definition resolutions are something, what only special codecs can do :confused:
i mean do people ask whether a codec can handle something like 352x288...

rv9 of course can encode 720p

Excuse me, but I think a Picture 1080p progressive (30p)is not 480p progressive (60p).
And you what is your opinion?
