Nero Works, but Not always DVDDecrypter

I usually use Shrink and DVDDecrypter, but now and then DVDDecrypter gets about 97% burning and fails. I've reformated the disk and tried DVDDecrypter again, but it still fails.

Then I format the same disk and burn with Nero and it works.

Is there a reason why Nero would work when DVDDecrypter did not?

Hi Lightning, Love your product.

When I have problems (which is not often), it just hangs or stops at 97% completion. After 5 to 8 min with no error or movement, I had to ctrl\Alt\Del to exit. It's only happen two times. I re-formatted the disks with nero and tried again (with both). Stopped at the same point.

Then I re-formatted again and used Shrink\Nero (I always use Shrink\ Decrypter)and both disked burned fine with no stopping or error.

Sorry, I cant help with hanging/freezing.

If you cant exit the program via the 'stop' / 'cancel' button, it means it's waiting for a command sent to the drive to finish processing.

I assume the timers keep counting when you say it freezes?
