so far I tested your Splitter.
Working good for me, nice supprise for me it is working very good with HDTV mpeg records.

But I have one general note about the program name.
The basic function is cutting, (cutting off),cutting(dividing) 1 big file to several parts.
My sugestion is to name program as cutter, leaving splitter term for programs that are spliting streams,as between direct show filters we have already different splitters as a filters.
