need help..ordered nero6 licence didnt get it yet.

I oredered nero 6 licence for 69 dollars they charged my CC I called my bank. Anyways almost 2 days now I havnt recieved it and the only phone number on there is like a 1900 number. Can someone please give me a phone number that dont charge like a 1900 number please?

send your order confirmation to ahead per mail and ask for the serial.

I didnt recieve 1 however I did find there phone number with yellow pages.com however when I called it it asks for a extention number I tryed many after 2 fails it disconects you. I dont know what to call this but piss poor customer service. Is there any way at all to call these people? Im not about to pay 1.29 a minute to talk to someone that I should be able to talk to for free.

So there is no way to contact them via phone? other than pay 1.29 a minute? Every company I deal with has some sort of customer service phone number to call this is the first software company I ever delt with that wants money to call them for customer service some I deal with only give 1 month of free customer service but the makers of nero give no customer service via phone?

Again, as doom9 already said, email them ... if you cc was charged, there will be some sort of reference no./date/whatever. Include that info in your email.

Also, did you read their FAQ page?1. I ordered a registration number last week but haven't received it. What happened?

Registration serial numbers are usually sent within one working day. Please check our Order Status page. If your order is not listed there, please send email to us at sales@nero.com. Be sure to include your name, postal address, and email address.

NB: The 1-888 number you saw is for tech support - sales can apparently only be contacted via email or fax to + 1 818 956 7094 (or fax overseas to ++49-7248-911-888).
