Animated Video Project

Hi All,
I'm trying to copy family guy as my latest ripping project and I have run into a few problems. Firstly it looks like the video is a bad NTSC to PAL conversion, which means it has pretty bad ghosting as can be seen in the images at the link:

Also when doing a compressibility test in Gordian Knot 0.28.8 using Xvid 1.0 with H.263 matrix, Adaptive Quant, Qpel, GMC, and cartoon mode enabled, I get a rather low compressibility. Does anyone have ideas as to how to increase the compressility? I tried to use mftoon, but couldn't get it too work.

Hi,
The error message I'm getting is related to EdgeMask, I'm using the latest dll's and mftoon 0.5, any Ideas?

Just letting you know that I solved my compressibility problem by using Bulletproof's Heavy Compression Matrix. Thanks Bulletproof.
