Chapter menu in 2nd disc of split

How can I make the chapter selection button on the main menu point to a different page in the chapter select menu. This is for the 2nd disc of a split dvd. Since the first half of the chapters arent on the 2nd disc, I would want the button to jump to a later page in the chapter selection menu. Then I could just disable the buttons pointing back the the earlier chapter menus.


I would be using ifoedit and menuedit.

I did it with IfoEdit using this guide (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=47720). You can then use MenuEdit with the other buttons on existing pages.
