I'm making a 4:3 PAL SVCD with TMPG and have a question

I have a very bad 384x288 source that I want to filter and convert to SVCD so that I can watch it in my standalone. From using the search, I found out that I have to resize it to 480x576. Since the stream won't be 4:3 anymore, what should I use in TMPGEnc's "Video Arrange Method"? Full Screen or Full Screen (keep aspect ratio)?

see the "hints" when you take the mouse over the "video arranged method" set or in the help file(F1)--->[MPEG Settings]-[Advanced]
