i was going thru my old CDRs, consolidating everything i could and trashing what i could get away with, when i came upon a game called "D". seems that the videos (AVIs) are compressed with the FourCC of DUCK, which is "Truemotion by the Duck Corportion" also known as On2. is there any way to open these videos? i installed the Truemotion2 codec (TR2032.DLL) as well as the Dshow decoder that came with FF7 (TM20DEC.AX) and even pointed the DUCK FourCC to the first file, but all i get is audio in MPC.
does anyone have this codec laying around somewhere? i remember seeing it in an earlier version of windows in the Video Codecs dialog box, hell, i even saw a screenshot of the box displaying the codec earlier tonight, but i've about given up. anyone?
edit: found it (from the http://radio.irt.de/vida/info/add_info.htm page)
