I'm living in CHINA, my capture card with chip philips ssa7130,
and tuner is philips, because virtuldub cann't access this chip,
now I use virtualvcr to capture tv programme, when i scan programme,
just find 12 channels,I fond vvcr itself frequency list not same as
my location tv frequency, the normal channel frequency is the same
as DSCALER'S P.R.C (CHINA) channel list.
I have change my country location from "56" to "86" , no any one
can scan all programme.
I try to find virtualvcr's channel list ,but not find frequency list.
Please help me to find vvcr's frequency list or
how to scan programme accurately ?
thanks.

Have you tried editing VirtualVCR.ini by hand? Here's a snippet of my own:

[ChannelINFO]
0-ID=2
0-MAP=2
0-NAME=
1-ID=3
1-MAP=3
1-NAME=
2-ID=4
2-MAP=4
2-NAME=

This defines my first 3 channels (US channels 2, 3, & 4). If your country code is correct with your tuner, it should work (yes, I've done it before).

oops, it seems you're asking something different than I thought. So you enter "Country Code" and "Tuning Space" into Settings->Tuner->TV_Tuner_Device but it is not saved next time you come back?

I fond vvcr "Tuning Space" not same as my location's 8Mhz,and
each channel frequency difference 1\3\5mhz,etc.
I try to edit vvcr's tv scan frequency list ,but not fond ,
maybe it's combine in main programme "virtualvcr.exe" and
cant be changeable.

well, i know that dscalar talks strait to hardware, but vvcr goes through windows WDM drivers. so the problem might not be vvcr but your directx WDM drivers. i imagine that other programs, such as iuVCR, will have the same problem as vvcr. if not, then the problem is vvcr...

@minolta,very very thanks for your good idea.

Now I first know IUVCR's function is very perfect then vd,vvcr.
I have fond every channel with it ,and capture with it is very easy,
it can capture with FULL SCREEN PREVIEW,
I think this is not be able to do by the others soft.
IUVCR,IS WONDERFUL,EXCELLENT,
although it's a shareware soft, but every function is not limited.
