Ah now that you mention it I think I remember someone saying that before but I never really paid attention because I never do CC. Thanks Steel.

Just as the subj.
On compiling a prj VOBID_demuxed i get "audio shorter 4 frames from video not compliant with seamless branching error" or similar.

I demuxed and prepared w DIF4U 1.4.7.0 and let scenaid do the rest (including CCE w/bcce3.1.9.5) , w/correct audio delay (somewhere i read it is about correcting lenght of audio tracks for use w/seamless_branching-VOBID_Demux) , autoimport and autocompile.

Though I got to solve another issue:
-It creates a PGC (maybe Dummy) and there are two in the VTS as it(3&4);
-Scenarist says "audio attributes wrong for pgc4" ;
- I got to copy and past Pgc3(an other Dummy) into pgc4 (after deleting the original Dummy) in order to make it work.

I can send IFOs and Logs if useful.

Hope to be useful for development and REAL THX for the good work D3s7!!!!

I have a problem with ScenAid forcing subs that are not supposed to be forced. This was with Futurama Volume1 Disc3 in the first episode, v0.9.0.23. Willing to send anything you need to diagnose. On a side note, how would I un-force subs without having to re-author?

Forced is a subtitle attribute so you could make them unforced by double clicking on them in scenarist and untick forced. I wonder if this is a scenaid problem though. Maybe the sst file is not correct.

There is no forced.sst in the demux folder.

erm.... you sure about that?

I did find a slight problem where the wrong subs potentially would be set to forced but if there's no "forced" files, I don't even check if they should be flagged as yes.

Check in the log files and see if there's a line saying "Correcting delay....." - also, on the failing track/vobid - what are the file names of the assets.. could be an issue if they are 0ms delayed.

This the same demux?
If this one is vobid demux too... it could be that part of the assets have audio demuxed and part do not. As I don't "dummy" any audio in a vobid demux, this might cause audio not to align although this sounds like a different issue.

Yes.. please email me (zipped) the .scp .log files and the .IFO for the one w/ the dummy issue

Thanks

Ok I gave it a second glance.. There ARE forced subs in the french and spanish streams I didn't even check. I only looked in the english sub folder because it was english subs showing up. The problem is, english subs are the ones that are showing up and being flagged forced, and not the spanish and french ones.. I assume they are only forced when those languages are chosen? Anyways, for more detail.. The DVD has four sub streams, 00 - English (no forced), 01 - Spanish (no forced), 02 - French, a few regular and a few forced, 03 - Spanish again, only 4 forced and 4 regular, not sure what they're for, I didn't translate them.
