What do we need a pirate act for? Hasn't piracy been mostly dead since the late 1600's early 1700's? I mean even those guys in the caribean have closed up shop and moved to Disneyland in Florida. Oh wait! Do they mean the "Anti Copyright Infringement Act"? politicians and their weasel words. It can make you wonder why we elect the few that get elected. :p

Well people other than pirates buy parrots. And the sale of parrots is strongly tied to the sale of eyepatches. So that can't be used to claim that there has been a pirate renesance. "peg" apendiges and hand hooks on the other hand maybe.
