DVD Decrypter recurring error

I am regularaily getting this error:

ScsiStatus:0x02
Interpretation: Check Condition

Interpretation: Read (10) - sector:3512067

Sense Area: F0 00 03 00 35 97 03 0C 00 00 00 00 00 15 82 00 00 00
Interpretation: Unknown (Positioning Error)

Strangely, this will come up late into a rip (85-95%). Then in 10-15 minutes (wait required for success), I'll hit the "retry" and it then manages to correct the error and finish the job. Since it happens often I am just wondering if there is anything I can do to fix the error.

If it's happening on all discs, i'd say your drive is on its way out.

The drive is only a year old and not heavily used. Its a Memorex CD-R/-RW & DVD+R/+RW. Thank you for your speedy reply and I'll keep an eye on my drive!
