Hi len0x
It would be realy nice to see somehow the bitrate in AutoGK!!!
Some movies are really long, some are really short and some I encode with 2 AC3 streams. I want to encode my movies with a biterate around 15000. So, it would be realy nice to have the bitreate displayed in the interface of the program to help choosing the target size.

thanx

Hi-

If you do quality based encodes, then it's impossible to know the bitrate in advance. You can only check it afterwards in GSpot. If you're encoding for a specific size, then you can open the .d2v in GKnot, fill in the audio file(s), the overhead, and the file size to see the bitrate.

And you don't mean 15000, do you? That's more than twice the average bitrate of even the best quality DVD movies. You mean 1500, don't you?
