I just want to ask why does dvd-rb (cce) is given worst quality when the movie is telecined?
I've encoded 2 movie, at 0.1 % different compression, both low bitrate movie. I've done test using decomb (movie is progressive). But the result of the telecined movie is not very good compared to the other one which is a standard FILM movie.
Is it because CCE is according too much bitrate to the inframe in a telecined content?
