I believe ookzDVD is describing the occaisonal badly authored commercial DVD where the DAR flag in the .IFO is correct, but the DAR in the .VOB set is not. Standalone players use the .IFO for the DAR, so these badly authored DVDs work fine for the average consumer who only uses a DVD player.
But for the .avi transcoder, who uses the .VOB set ... these encodings require a little more work.
With GKnot, all one needs to do is chage the DAR. ookzDVD notes that this isn't possible with AutoGK.

you mean anamorphic flag? if yes, the AutoGK doen't have any problems at the moment as it is taken from IFO file via DVDdecrypter's stream info file (although I'm planning to change that and use DVD2AVIdg for that).

@jggimi
Yes. It's badly authored DVD.
The movie is 16:9, but the flag in .ifo is 4:3, so the DVDDecrypter
report it as 4:3.
@Lenox
Finally I can cheat to make it work.
Editing the DVDDecrypter's stream info. from "4:3" to "16:9" finally
solve my problem.
Thank you.
