Ok i tryed to revert all back to the place where i have all worked well for a long time.
It was DvD2SvcD 1.2.1 + CCE 2.5 + AviSynth 2.5
Now when i have uninstalled all new versions and installed all old ones,so now CCE 2.5 crash all the time...just on the second load of the script.....
Anyone,help.
Thank you.

Well all problem was that stupid divx movie that i tryed to convert.
And i avoided rule of thumb - checking the avi for bad frames.
Becouse it had bad frames, just after loading AviSynth script, first encode window, CCE crashed,no matter what versions i used.
I sit yesterday for 3 hours trying to understand what a hell ...and forgot about bad frames at all....
Its just amaizing to me,why no one sugest me to check bad frames if its so obvious that bad frames couse CCE crash... :-)
Anyway, life is one big lesson and u learn every single day a lots of new stuff.
So all of you there,CHECK UR BAD FRAMES,i hope this will help to others.
Cheers.
