XviD Video occaisonally speeds up and slows back down to normal

Title pretty much explains it, while watching an XviD video using either BS PLayer or Zoom Player it occurs sometimes and then I have to pause it and unpause it to go back to normal speed otherwise it will keep speeding up and slowing back down. Is there some ffdshow setting I can change to prevent this?
