Best deinterlacers and their settings

Hi there, soon I'm gonna run an objective deinterlacer test, that is convert a full-framerate progressive video clip to interlaced, deinterlace it, and check the difference between the original progressive version, using quality metrics like PSNR and SSIM.

So,

In the end, I will probably pick something like 5 deinterlacers and run the actual test on them.
