Notify window module for RadLight

This module for RadLight 4 displays all kind of information about the file. Currently, only "On file open" action is supported. Also, upcoming versions should allow you to get direct access to the metadata using the Expression evaluator (http://developer.radlight.net/sdk/eval/expr_index.htm).
