Hello, and welcome to the forum.
One way to get the SRT format subs is through SubRip. It doesn't use the files that AutoGK made for you, but the vob files themselves. Here's Doom9's guide. It's a bit old, and the GUI has changed a bit, but it's easy to figure out:

Thank's Manomo.
I already know subRib. In fact now I use this way for extract subtitles from VOB file.
But my question is: is ther a way for directly convert subtiles file created by AutoGK to .srt format?
I tried Subtitle Workshop 2.51 but i got an error on .sub file open (is a bad subtitle or an unsupported format).

Hi-
If by "directly", you mean automatically, then no. You'll still have to perform OCR.
If you want to OCR the files that AutoGK gives you, then open the idx or sub file in SubResynch. It's part of VobSub, or you can find it in the Subtitle Tab of GKnot.
