VBR MP3 merge

Advise me way for merge files with MP3 VBR. I do not want transcode (VBR MP3 > WAV > MP3).

DSPguru all work for CBR MP3 files. But with VBR I get warning and time length for merging file wrong. MP3 I get from AVI files use nandub.

during conversion Besplit give right time 03:18:31:392. I try use -fix option for solve problem, but time length remain wrong. During fixing I see right time length 03:18:31:392 at end process. May be I that make wrong?
