dvd-lab and ifo multi audio problem

I made a menu following the guide done my maa and i believe and it also mentioned 2cools assistance. after i made the menu with dvd-lab there was a vts_01_0 but no vts_01_1 which is what im supposed to edit, is there something extra i do to get the extra ifo file. it says to make sure the menus are pgc so you can edit them, im guessing thats my missing step, so someone please help me out and tell me where ive gone astray, thanks so much guys

VTS_01_0.VOB is the file with the menu; VTS_01_1.VOB is the file with the actual movie (along with VTS_01_2.VOB, etc.). So you probably misplaced or didn't add the video content before creating a menu.

I have the vts_01_1.vob file but i need the vts_01_1.ifo file to edit with ifoedit, what extra step do i take to get the extra ifo file that your supposed to edit all the commands in

He meant to say VTS_01_0.IFO, not VTS_01_1.IFO.
