No sound when using dvd2avi

When I go to convert the vobs using the divx 5.0.3 codec i get good quality video but absolutely no sound. I am completely lost on how to configure the sound, please help.

If you go into the menu you can have dvd2avi either decode or demux the audio. Select decode which will convert the ac3 to wav. Find the wav on your hardrive and mux it with the "video only avi" file using VirtualDub. Have VirtualDub compress the wav using mp3 or ogg.

Most people don't use dvd2avi to encode to avi, they use it to frameserve. You should use something like AutoGK or FairUse to convert. Some beginners find Dr. Divx to be easy.
