How to rip a US-DVD to Europes Region2 PAL?

is there a possibilty to rip a US-DVD (NTSC, Region1) to a Europe-DVD with PAL and this other framerate?

well yes there is, but iirc there's no easy way to do so...

or in other words, you won't find a one click app to do the task for you, but you'll have to do it manually by yourself. you'll also not be able to transcode, but have to use CCE or TMPGEnc to reencode.

You'll also have to do some manual avisynth scripting (or at least script editing) and manual reauthoring aswell.

CA = California
