Strange thing with avi + 2 aac = mkv file

I muxed avi with 2 aac and xml chapter file.
When I playback mkv, black blocks appears from the start for a very short time.
If I hit stop and play again it's OK then.
Avi and only video mkv plays without problems from the start.
Video is XviD with 2 max BVOPs and packed bitstream disabled.
I tried mkvtoolnix and avi-mux gui.
For playback I used MPC, BSPlayer, FFDShow and Xvid decoder.
All the same.
I already posted this in mkvtoolnix thread, because I thought it's caused by muxing.
Now I don't know what to think.

I would love to download and test your sample but your download speed is painfully slow... Over 90mins for your 2MB clip!

I've noticed this with quite a bit of your stuff!

I'll generate some test files myself tomorrow and see if I get the same as you...

I didn't think it's so bad... damn...
For me it's about 6-10 mins.
How about this one and download managers:
