Getting inconsistency error using Rejig

I keep getting this error " Error 0006: DVD-RB has found an inconsistency in source data between the PREPARE and REBUILD pahses. Aborting"

Anyone ca help ? If this was asked and awnsered please point me in the right direction cause i can't find the awnser with search. (Maybe an Error signification sticky would be good? )

Got this error today using rejig. Have I done something wrong?
Movie is Perfect Blue.

If you use DVD-RB + Rejig then you can use DVDShrink 3.2 until Jdobbs fix it (if it's a real bug...). I think it can give you the same (if not better quality) than rejig.
