Seems that something is wrong with your keyboard... :D

Welcome to the forum:
Pleeese check out the forum rules and the Sticky on R9 at the top of the Noobs page. Visit all the links from within that Sticky. Heck, while you're at it, it would be a good idea to read all of the Stickies. Some of this reading material will give you an idea as to why a title such as the one you've posted drives some of us absolutely nuts. Next, edit your title appropriately and see what happens.

u shouldn't make so much noise for such a trivial issue.
The guides on the site r quite straightforward and comprehensive.
We would all appreciate your abiding to the rules.:devil:

Jeez! Did we really need three posts about the rules (and none of them offering any real help)?
@Rockas,
I don't know the easiest way to get from your three files to a VCD, but I can offer some advice. I do think you have a bit of work ahead of you.
You'll need to convert your m2v to MPG1 (mpv) at VCD resolution (352x240 for NTSC or 352x288 fr PAL). I think TMPGEnc is widely considered one of the best MPG1 encoders. If I'm not mistaken it can encode from an m2v directly. If not, you'll either need to frameserve it to TMPGEnc (I highly recommend AviSynth) or convert it to an AVI first.
Since VCD doesn't support selectable subtitles, you'll need to encode the subtitles directly into the video. Oddly, I couldn't find anything on embedding subtitles into a video stream in Doom9's guides, but I'm sure there are lots of guides on the net that include information on doing this - http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/divx_to_vcd.cfm for example seems to cover it.
You'll also need to convert the AC3 to MPG audio (I don't recall offhand which MPG audio format VCD uses, probably MP2). I believe BeSweet is your best choice for this. I believe the afterdawn guide talks about that a little bit too.
Lastly you'll need to mux the audio and video together and author a VCD from it. The afterdawn guide above includes steps for muxing, and has a separate guide for authoring the VCD. You'll also find guides on Doom9 for VCD. I can't link to them directly, but go to www.doom9.org, click Guides, then click VCD / SVCD. I might recommend the VCD/SVCD with Chapters guide under realted guides.
