The picture is not properly updated

Hey :-)

I have some problems with the picture. It needs XviD 1.0RC4. So that is installed. I checked the boxes for all codecs.

So what happens?
Between keyframes, all that is not moving gets blocky and pixelated. And sometimes when stuff moves, it is not fully updated. It sort of "blends" in with the background. Only the outline is fully updated.

It feels like I have a wrong or old codec, but I think I have what it needs (see above).

What am I doing wrong?

You may have 1.0RC4 installed, but are you sure it is doing the decoding?

By the way, Feb 2004 was not that long ago.
