DVD-RB 0.47 Bug or NOT?

I've just noticed that if you do a preparation phase in 3 click method and save project file, (by the way when you save project file it shows default extension *.RDB and actually gives extension *.RBD - small bug) and exit, next time start new project and later go back to the saved one, it will not recognize that preparation phase is done - even if all the files are at the AVS directory.

The recognition of completion of the PREPARE phase is kept in the REBUILDER.INF file located in the ...\D2VAVS directory. It might be possible that I'm not checking when I open a project file. I'll check on that tonight. I will also fix the ".RDB" goofiness.
