Error with d2sRoba / dvd2Svcd / CCE HELP!

OK,
so i have CCE 2.5 and CCE 2.66 (with dvd2svcd pointing to the ECL patch ), with the new version of dvd2svcd(1.22B1) cce freezes at the cce window (after inputing the first avs file) this is with both versions. Loading the avs script manualy is fine with CCE 2.5 but freezes 2.6 . So i take out the "resample audio" from the script and manualy load it in to CCE 2.6 and it works! so i uncheck resample audio in the frameserving tab and ....it still puts it in :confused: i try edit avs before encode...but it adds it after that :( . So i think , it must be a bug?
I then downgraded to dvd2svcd (1.1.2B1) and loaded up CCE 2.5 and it works! This is only half way there! I load up d2sRoba , and the first time it works! but then when i press go to start the conversion a 2nd time, d2sRoba (or is it autoit?) pop's up with an error "you must use CCE as encoder...exiting" :angry: so yes i have used cce as my encoder ;) . I have read all the FAQ's and the fully automated quality :p i have done search's but none seem to be related. I have run prime95 and memery test programs. I can make CCE work fine with out any automation, but that kinda defeets the object. I have shut down antivirus (AVG FREE) just incase it was messing with the API calls etc. but nothing works. I have tried old versions of d2sRoba and the newest.
Please help, PLEASE!

so i have CCE 2.5 and CCE 2.66 (with dvd2svcd pointing to the ECL patch ) you are not trying to use eclcce for cce 2.5 are you? That will not work. As far as the addresample audio - just check it for cce 2.5 and don't worry about whether it is in your script. It will not slow you down. If you get 2.67 then perhaps you will want to switch. Until then just use 2.5.

Ok thanks, but i still can't use d2sRoBa with dvd2svcd? any ideas?
The "resample audio" is very weird, if i load up a avs script with CCE 2.6 that has the resample audio , CCE will crash(just close down with out a error msg) but if i take this out of the script i can load it up:confused:
No i'm not using eclcce with CCE 2.5 .
I'm suprised that i am having so many problems :rolleyes: .
Could i have missed something really obvious?

Ok thanks, but i still can't use d2sRoBa with dvd2svcd? Are you saying you can not use D2SRoBa with CCE 2.5, or just 2.66? Believe me when I tell you, D2SRoBa is extremely well tested. If you cannot use it with 2.5 then something is wrong on your end and a complete uninstall and reinstall may be in order. Run CCE manually and drag the script made by D2SRoBa onto it. Let me know if it crashes. If so, post the script. Maybe we can see what is going on. Make sure you start from scratch. No restarts, and make sure resample audio is checked.

It would seem that there is some incompatibility with CCE versions and D2SRoba, and I'm surprised that I'm having so many issues, as I seem to remember that CCE 2.5 was the recommended encoder as opposed to later versions.

It doesn't really matter to me, as leave encodes running overnight so speed isn't a great issue, but I'd like to get it working as it was intended.

We need to know if you can open CCE manually and drag the D2SRoBa avs on to it. Can you manually load the D2SRoBa ecl and encode? Will the D2SRoBa avs play in VDub or WMP?

I suceeded in running dvd2svcd 1.1.2B1 with CCE 2.5 . I uninstalled everything, including CCE and then deleted any traces of any folders left behind.
I installed dvd2svcd 1.1.2B1 , Roba 3.5 and CCE 2.5 and it worked!

i must add though that i tried the same but with dvd2svcd 1.22B1 and CCE froze, i think its something to do with avisynth. The new 2.5 verison freeze CCE (at least on my machine), but i have a semi-working system, if i want to work with 2.5 avisynth plugin i have to install and then uninstall.

I experimented cce 2.5 crash problem with roba method when uncheked title,changed and lastcd picture from CD Image options of dvd2svcd.
If I enable these options it works perfect.
Maybe it’s a small bug ??

juange, next encode, try unchecked on those, and then with just "changed" checked. Please let us know. You may have stumbled on to something, but it doesn't make a lot of sense to me yet.
