:confused: first let me say i'm very new at this so please bear with me. i have a movie on 2 cd's i'm trying to join with virtualdub. when i open the first movie i get the following massage. virtualdub has detected an improper vbr audio encoding in the source avi file and will rewrite the audio header with standard cbr values during processing for better compatibility. this may endroduce up to 43680 ms of skew from the vidio stream, if this is unacceptable decompress the *entire* audio stream to an uncompressed wave file and recompress with a constant bitrate encoder bitrate 151.5 + - 32.3 kbps. if i click ok and try to add the other cd i get the following massage. cannot append segment cd2 avi. the avdio streams have different sampling rates 18940.00000 vs 20253.00000) now like i said i'm very new at this so i have no idea what to do. any help would be greatly appreceated. is there a guide i can use? i know most of u guy's have forgoten more about this than i'll ever know be we have to start some where. thanks for any and all help.
