bicubicresize() question

What exactly is the difference between:

(a)
BicubicResize(720,480,0,0.75)

and

(b)
BicubicResize(720,480)

The "blurring" and "ringing" variables b and c for the resizing are set differently. They are both 0.33 if you do not specify them. The documentation for BicubicResize explains all this very well.

The BicubicResize default doesn't sharpen nearly as much 0/0.75. That is usually preferable when compressing.
