Is there any advantage in using soundtouch's -tempo over besweet's native framerate change feature, for standard operations like 23.976->25.000 and vice versa?

Very nice. Maybe it can be improved to do multichannel by considering each channel a mono channel. They don't recommend this unfortunatelly.
EDIT:
@Matthew
Apparentllly it doesn't crash with framerate and sample rate conversions at the same time. ;)

Can anyone make a compile of the new version (http://sky.prohosting.com/oparviai/soundtouch/) (1.3.0) ?
The source of soundtouch library for BeSweet is here (http://dspguru.notrace.dk/plug-ins.htm).
Thanks.
