I was just wondering what the difference is between media type versions 2.0 en 2.2 in DVD-R?
Thanks.

Never seen those numbers.
1.0 = DVD-R
1.1 = DVD-RW
2.0 could be 2X DVD-RW and 2.2 4X?
I dont think the dvd-r revision has changed since 4X is still 1.0

Weird. Though from experience I can say that RitekG04 is far superior to the Maxell dye (MXLRG01)

Don't use faked maxell discs!

Can you perhaps explain why the RITEKG04 dye is superior to many dyes outthere? I have very good experience with these Prodyes, by the way.

So there is no difference between these discs (they have all the RitekG04 dye):
