I have been using MPC for a long time and have the latest version. I have noticed what may be a bug in the internal Avi splitter used by it. When playing DivX or Xvid content, if the cpu usage goes to 100% (which generally happens during resizing the window or toggling full screen), the video freezes till the next key frame. I have reproduced this problem in atleast 4 computers and numerous files. However, if the internal splitter is disabled and the default splitter is enabled this problem goes away. The only problem then is that the search to key frame funcion is disabled. I was wondering if anybody else has been able to reproduce this problem? I searched the forum and the net for the same phenominon, but haven't seen anybody report it.
So, I was wondering if this indeed is a bug, or a problem with my system? And, if it is a bug, is there any solution to it so that I can get both, key frame seeking and no more freezes.
P.S. Gabest, MPC is a real life saver, thanx for the great product.
