Is best 128 kb/s MP2 or 128 kb/s AC3?
The AC3 2:0 broken the dolby surround?

first of all i think i we got a rule violation here

second: at that bitrate neither will sound good on complex content
ac3 2.0 can be used for dolby surround

IMHO a 128kbps AC3 encoded with Soft Encode sounds better than a 128kbps MP2 encoded with mp2enc/tooLAME.
