Making 1 big file with all the extra's.

I want to rip the extra's from the Tarzan collectors edition DVD. Now I get tons of different files that I all have to encode separately. Files ranging from under a minute to a few minutes. How can I make sure that I have only "1 big file" to encode so that I have all the extra's handy at once?

Is there another way to do it? I'm really anxious to encode all these extra's but doing them one by one is way to tedious a task. :(
