Sorry if I am asking a question that has been answered but after searching I can't seem to find any help.
I have a ton of files that have vbr audio and as I am sure everyone knows trying to encode these files using tmpgenc gives you a serious amount of skew between the audio and the video.
I usually strip the audio from the video using vdubmod or nandub and save it as a .wav file and then use tmpgenc combined with toolame to encode the audio and video as seperate files into a dvd compliant file for authoring.
I have serious audio synch problems when I do this using a vbr audio stream.
What I want to do is change the vbr audio file to a cbr audio file before I encode with tmpgenc so I don't get an audio synch problem.
What is a good way to do this so I get a quality file?
