GK doesn't show the last 5% of frames

I havent used GK for several months and again I'm trying to convert a family scouting film (DVtype 1), 12 minutes long to DivX5 and when the fisrt screen pops up it only shows 17,000 of the 23,000 frames. Some how I assume that I must have GK set up to assume the last frames are the credits and it's not showing those frames. I would skip the last few seconds but unfortunately this is the best part of the whole movie. Any suggestions to help me configure GK to see the entire movie that I'm trying to convert.
