There's a new version of PremiereAVSPlugin out (can be found on sourceforge):

* Resize algorithms ported from Avery Lee's Virtualdub. Resizing options include Nearest Neighbour, Bilinear, Bicubic (0.75) and Lanczos3 algorithms (Tom Ford)
* External GUI to choose resize algorithm and control Avisynth's SetMemoryMax() value (AbsoluteDestiny)
* Improved NSIS2 installer (AbsoluteDestiny)
* Fixed 24-bit detection producing black screen on some machines (Tom Ford)
* Fixed PPro crash-on-exit (Tom Ford)

Looks like several people are working on it! Btw, do they discuss the developments on a forum somewhere?

There isn't much actual *developement* talk in the forums, but thats where the project was started, and where new announcements occur.
