Common sense says you could post a link, but I don't know for sure. This is up to Doom9.

thanks again my friend! ;) my intention is the circulations of good news. i don't want to follow only the "Common sense" i want to do it right and clean!
about "reclaiming ownership" : for this reason i need to know if i can post and how! a few days Doom9 posted great guides for CCE and TMPGEncDVDAuthor and many others. i was afraid (and i'm still)to post without permissions and credits then i don't did, this is my doubt.

waiting for Doom9. :)

@jorel: unless the forum you intend to post in has some policy about linking to other sites, I see no problem posting links. From my side there are no objections to posting links to any page on my site (but that reminds me that I haven't added the frame killer scripts to all new guides).

As you may have noticed, vcdhelp (they have changed their name twice since but for me it's still vcdhelp) regularly adds external guides to their guide archive.. they don't take the guide, rather they create their own page with a short abbreviation of the content, mention the author, post date and finally alink to the guide. This is no problem when my site is concerned.. the Internet is all about linking so feel free to link as much as you please.

BTW, I think I saw a few too many linebreaks in your post ;)
