Rebuilder loses last VTS?

i'm backing up disc 3 of lotr1 see.
vts1-8 on original
vts6&7 had angles, so i cleaned them with TitleSetBlanker v0.95
vts8 is the Warner intro ~9MB
then i opened the image with rebuilder and it only shows vts1-5.
rebuilder just started backing up, so it will take some time till it finishes to see the outcome.
(of course it only processed 1-5 during preparation)
is this intended?

Yes, its normal. Rebuilder only processes those VTS's that need to be reencoded. Those under a certain size are not going to appear in the list and will just be copied during the rebuild phase.
