How to make vorbis+DivX ogg file?

I found some sample of ogg video files here.

And I noticed this file is ogg video but not using theora codec.
This one using DivX.
http://www.polycrystal.org/lego/movies/a_new_computer-small-mpeg4-vorbis.ogg

Please tell me how to make this vorbis+DivX ogg file?

just put audio and video together with virtualdubmod and save as .ogm file.

This file just change extention from ogm to ogg...

huh its a bad idea to use the .ogg extension with mpeg-4 video
.ogg files should use xiph codecs (vorbis, theora aso...) only as specified by xiph

.ogm is for the containter format (.avi file and .ogg/ac3/mp3 audio)
.ogg is for audio files

And like bond said, its not a good idea to use .ogg as the overall extension, as it can cause problems with playback.
