No audio with AutoGK

Hey all, I'm pretty new to AutoGK but I've been having quite a bit of luck with it so far. A few of my discs though have a strange bug... I will end up with the video but no audio. Even though I selected the English 6channel AC3 for audio, several of the discs just leave it out. I have entires in all of the logs that just say "Audio not found" while 70% of them work just fine. I'm using the quality setting at about 85% so I believe it's only doing 1 pass. Can anyone help?

By the way - a couple of the problem Discs: Starship Troopers (first R1 release), The Towering Inferno, and Under Suspicion.
